Kimberly (Kim) Osbourn retired from the U.S. Air Force after 26yrs of active-duty service. She is originally from Lapeer, Michigan. Her last deployment was in support of the Global War on Terrorism where she earned her Afghanistan Campaign Medial with one Service Star. Kim’s last duty station was at Offutt AFB, Nebraska where she was the Health Services Management Superintendent of the Medical Group. She recently became a Bronze Legacy Life member and is looking forward to obtaining her Silver and Gold in the future. Kim moved to the Philippines in 2015 and became a Philippine Resident under the Special Retirement Resident Visa program in 2019. She is married to US Army Veteran, Lloyd Burleson. Kim has two amazing daughters. One daughter is currently serving in the US Navy aboard the USS Bataan and the other is completing her welding certification. In addition to our post Commander, Kim is our post Adjutant, District VII Adjutant, and the Department of Pacific Area Historian.
